1.) How do I cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at support@householdhacks.shop Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed and will not be entertain.

 

2.) How do I track my order?

Click on the tracking code in the shipping confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships. 

 

3.) When will I get my tracking number?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please take note to allow at least 48 hours after the order has been shipped for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 7 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at support@householdhacks.shop

 

4.) Where can I get my tracking number?

You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 1 to 3 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at support@householdhacks.shop

 

5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?

We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location. You will have tracking information updated daily to keep you aware of the arrival!

 

6.) How long does delivery take?

Shipping takes 2-3 business days for all domestic orders! (USA)

For international shipping, the processing time for orders takes up to 3 business days. Once the shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 7-14 business days internationally.
